- Part Time (Lisbon, Portugal) We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data Mining Assistant to join our team in Lisbon on a part-time basis. As a Data Mining Assistant, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data from various sources to support our company's research and development efforts. We offer
competitive compensation of 1600$ per month for this part-time position.
- Collecting data from various sources such as websites, databases, and social media platforms
- Cleaning and organizing collected data to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Analyzing data using statistical methods and producing reports based on findings
- Identifying patterns and trends in large datasets to support business decisions
- Collaborating with team members to develop strategies for data collection and analysis
- Staying up-to-date with industry developments and implementing new techniques for data mining
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field (or currently pursuing)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate large datasets
- Familiarity with data mining techniques such as clustering, regression, and classification
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R
- Excellent attention to detail and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
