Описание: Pleo builds spend management solutions that make business money management seamless and effective for finance teams and employees. Its Saa S automation helps businesses replace outdated expense processes and supports more than 40,000 customers. Задачи: Own the entire sales cycle from outbound prospecting to qualification, product demos, and deal conversion Achieve new business revenue targets by building new relationships Collaborate with Customer Success to support successful customer adoption Develop expertise in expense management Deliver outstanding product presentations and close deals Lead full-cycle sales opportunities from qualification to close in the assigned market Collaborate with Customer Success to improve account onboarding, adoption rates, and expansion cycles Develop spend management expertise and deal negotiation skills while taking on larger strategic accounts Требования: Experience in Saa S sales, ideally as an Account Executive or Senior SDR in an outbound role ready to take on a full-closing position Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales quotas, including sourcing, managing, and closing own deals Complete fluency in Spanish and English Exceptional rapport-building and presentation skills for product demos and prospect closing Comfortable managing new business in a target-driven environment Experience working with quotas or revenue objectives Nice to have: None specified Условия: Hybrid work model with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home Fully remote working options are also offered for the team Candidates must be physically based in the chosen country with a valid right to work Visa sponsorship is not available in the listed locations Pleo card provided Catered meals or a lunch allowance for work days Comprehensive private healthcare, depending on location 25 Days of holiday plus public holidays Option to purchase 5 additional holiday days through salary sacrifice Free mental health and well-being support through Mynd Up Paid parental leave The interview process includes an intro call, a hiring manager call, and a Pleo Challenge with a mock Discovery Call, presentation, and Q&A
