You Will:

- Analyse and enhance key metrics across customer acquisition, retention, and revenue generation to drive business efficiency, optimise cost-effectiveness, and elevate customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain advanced data models using dbt to deliver transparency and clarity into core business performance metrics, ensuring alignment with strategic KPIs.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including Category Management, Growth, and Finance—to translate data insights into actionable strategies that improve processes and drive measurable outcomes.
- Conduct deep dives into company performance to identify areas for improvement, uncover opportunities for efficiency, and ensure KPIs align with overarching business objectives.
- Solve complex, real-world challenges by leveraging data to deliver practical solutions that enhance operational excellence and fuel company growth.
- Present data insights in a clear and compelling manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring decisions are informed by robust analysis.

You Have:

- Proven Data Analytics Expertise: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in data analytics, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth e-commerce or retail environment, where you've delivered impactful insights that drive business success.
- Fluency in English: Exceptional communication skills in English, enabling you to effectively collaborate with global teams and present complex data insights to diverse audiences.
- Outstanding Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, Looker, and dbt, with a proven track record of querying large datasets, building complex reports, and developing scalable data models that empower decision-making.
- Mastery of Data Visualisation and Reporting Tools: Deep familiarity with tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI, with a talent for transforming raw data into strategic insights and actionable recommendations.
- Analytical Problem-Solver: A natural problem-solver with a passion for tackling complex business challenges, identifying opportunities for improvement, and delivering innovative, data-driven solutions.
- High-Performing and Self-Motivated: A self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments, consistently pushing boundaries to deliver excellence and make a tangible impact on the business.
- Strong Communicator: Ability to present data insights clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including leadership.
