You Will:

1. Analyse and enhance key metrics across customer acquisition, retention, and revenue generation to drive business efficiency, optimise cost-effectiveness, and elevate customer satisfaction.
2. Develop and maintain advanced data models using dbt to deliver transparency and clarity into core business performance metrics, ensuring alignment with strategic KPIs.
3. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including Category Management, Growth, and Finance—to translate data insights into actionable strategies that improve processes and drive measurable outcomes.
4. Conduct deep dives into company performance to identify areas for improvement, uncover opportunities for efficiency, and ensure KPIs align with overarching business objectives.
5. Solve complex, real-world challenges by leveraging data to deliver practical solutions that enhance operational excellence and fuel company growth.
6. Present data insights in a clear and compelling manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring decisions are informed by robust analysis.

You Have:

1. Proven Data Analytics Expertise: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in data analytics, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth e-commerce or retail environment, where you've delivered impactful insights that drive business success.
2. Fluency in English: Exceptional communication skills in English, enabling you to effectively collaborate with global teams and present complex data insights to diverse audiences.
3. Outstanding Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, Looker, and dbt, with a proven track record of querying large datasets, building complex reports, and developing scalable data models that empower decision-making.
4. Mastery of Data Visualisation and Reporting Tools: Deep familiarity with tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI, with a talent for transforming raw data into strategic insights and actionable recommendations.
5. Analytical Problem-Solver: A natural problem-solver with a passion for tackling complex business challenges, identifying opportunities for improvement, and delivering innovative, data-driven solutions.
6. High-Performing and Self-Motivated: A self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments, consistently pushing boundaries to deliver excellence and make a tangible impact on the business.
7. Strong Communicator: Ability to present data insights clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including leadership.
