Vroomly est la seule plateforme digitale tout-en-un qui connecte les garagistes à leurs clients et à leurs fournisseurs. Leader sur son marché avec plus de 6 000 garages actifs, Vroomly centralise les outils de gestion administrative, la relation client et la commande de pièces auto, avec plus de 2,5 millions de références au catalogue.
Rôle : Key Account Manager
Construire des relations durables et génératrices de valeur. Vous prenez la responsabilité d'un portefeuille d'environ 100 garages premium, de comprendre leurs enjeux business et de transformer une relation commerciale en véritable partenariat.
Responsabilités
- Faire grandir le segment premium : identifier les garages à fort potentiel, comprendre leur modèle économique, leurs priorités et leurs contraintes, et les accompagner dans la décision de rejoindre l’offre premium.
- Piloter la performance business : suivre des indicateurs clés (récurrence, panier moyen, niveau d’engagement, adoption des outils) et analyser, prioriser, proposer et mettre en œuvre des leviers de croissance, des plans d’action adaptés à chaque garage et des activations commerciales alignées sur leurs enjeux.
- Installer une relation stratégique et durable : devenir l’interlocuteur privilégié des garages premium, anticiper leurs besoins, sécuriser leur satisfaction, accompagner leurs décisions business et valoriser la puissance de notre SaaS.
- Contribuer à la construction du modèle : travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Produit, Marketing et Opérations pour faire remonter les besoins terrain, ajuster le positionnement et fluidifier l’exécution, ainsi que nourrir la stratégie de Vroomly.
Compétences et qualifications
- Expérience avérée en Key Account Management ou Account Executive, idéalement sur une offre à valeur ajoutée.
- Maîtrise de la relation client durable, de la structuration d’un portefeuille, de la lecture et de l’exploitation de KPI et de la projection business.
- Qualités personnelles : autonomie, rigueur, orientation résultats et surtout orientation valeur.
