Job Description

 

We are looking for a skilled International Legal Counsel to join our team at TripleTen, a dynamic and innovative technology company. As a member of our Legal department, you will play a critical role in supporting our B2B team (Educational and AI products) by providing expert guidance on commercial law, contract drafting, and regulatory compliance.

 

Your primary responsibilities will include:

 

  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents, such as Terms of Use, Terms of Service, and purchase agreements
  • Negotiating agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Providing legal analysis and advice on commercial-related legal issues
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams and external counsels to ensure efficient B2B product launches
  • Managing records of processing activities, data transfer agreements and SCCs, DPIAs, TIAs, DPAs, and privacy notices
  • Staying up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations, including GDPR, e-Privacy laws, and global privacy regulations

 

To be successful in this role, you will need:

 

  • A strong understanding of commercial law, contract drafting, and regulatory compliance
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external counsels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools
