Description: We are seeking a Marketing Counselor to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a Marketing Counselor, you will be responsible for managing bookings, registering client information, and providing exceptional customer service.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage bookings by altering, cancelling or creating new reservations
- Register contacts and client information according to work procedures
- Offer information, solutions and advise customers regarding our services
- Contribute to a positive customer experience through responsible treatment of each contact
- Achieve performance targets defined by the project
Requirements:
- Native or fluent in French
- Good command of English (minimum B2)
- Previous experience in customer service, tourism or travel is an advantage
- Availability to work in rotating shifts (schedules depending on the project)
- Good computer skills - knowledge of GDS tools (such as Galileo, Sabre or Amadeus)
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Positive attitude and team spirit
