Job Title: Marketing Counselor - Commercial - Communication/General Services

Description: We are seeking a Marketing Counselor to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a Marketing Counselor, you will be responsible for managing bookings, registering client information, and providing exceptional customer service.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Manage bookings by altering, cancelling or creating new reservations
  • Register contacts and client information according to work procedures
  • Offer information, solutions and advise customers regarding our services
  • Contribute to a positive customer experience through responsible treatment of each contact
  • Achieve performance targets defined by the project

Requirements:
  • Native or fluent in French
  • Good command of English (minimum B2)
  • Previous experience in customer service, tourism or travel is an advantage
  • Availability to work in rotating shifts (schedules depending on the project)
  • Good computer skills - knowledge of GDS tools (such as Galileo, Sabre or Amadeus)
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Positive attitude and team spirit
