Marketing Trainee Neurology – Northwest Europe

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Organon is seeking an entrepreneurial and innovative Marketing Trainee (f/m/d) to support the newly established Northwest Europe cluster. You will help shape our go‑to‑market strategy and revolutionize the way we engage with customers, maximizing the value of our neurology portfolio to help patients.

Responsibilities

- Assist in the creation, approval, and rollout of promotional materials for healthcare professionals and patients

- End‑to‑end management of promotional materials

- Support omnichannel marketing campaigns across platforms

- Track and report on campaign performance using analytics tools

- Coordinate marketing activities with sales teams

- Take ownership of administrative tasks and support project coordination

- Lead mini‑projects and contribute fresh, creative ideas

Qualifications

- Currently enrolled at or recently graduated from university

- Confident with MS Office (especially PowerPoint & Excel); bonus if familiar with Veeva PromoMats

- Strong written and verbal communication in English; knowledge of German, French, Portuguese, Dutch, or Nordic languages is a plus

- Ideally some experience in digital marketing or the pharmaceutical sector

- Organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently

- Excited about working in a purpose‑driven company and contributing to meaningful healthcare solutions

- Can‑do, entrepreneurial mindset with ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities
