Marketing Trainee Neurology for Northwest Europe

Job Description Organon is seeking an entrepreneurial and innovative Marketing Trainee Neurology for Northwest Europe (f/m/d) based in Lisbon, Portugal. This marketing role within the newly established Northwest Europe cluster will support in shaping our go-to-market strategy and revolutionize the way we engage with our customer. By working closely with marketing colleagues, you will play a key role in maximizing the value of our innovative neurology portfolio to help our patients. Responsibilities Assist in the creation, approval, and rollout of promotional materials for healthcare professionals and patients End-to-End Management of promotional materials Support omnichannel marketing campaigns across platforms Help track and report on campaign performance using analytics tools Coordinate marketing activities with sales teams Take ownership of admin tasks and support project coordination Lead your own mini-projects and contribute fresh, creative ideas What We're Looking For You're currently enrolled at or have just graduated from university You're confident with MS Office (especially PowerPoint & Excel); bonus if you've used Veeva Promomats, Strong written and verbal communication in English; other languages (e.g. German, French, Portuguese, Dutch, or Nordic languages) are a plus.
