Position: DevOps Architect

Location: Lisbon | Hybrid

What You'll Do

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure platform infrastructure
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate the software delivery process
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline workflows and improve productivity
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize system performance to ensure high availability and reliability
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation
- Implement and manage container orchestration platforms, including Kubernetes or Docker Swarm
- Ensure security best practices are applied across all platform components
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, testing, and production environments
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve platform capabilities

Who You Are

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Platform Engineering and/or DevOps
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Argo CD, Artifactory, GitLab CI, or CircleCI
- Solid expertise in containerization and orchestration (Docker and Kubernetes)
- Strong understanding of networking, security, and system administration
- Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Fluent in English (French proficiency is a plus)

Nice to Have

- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Tempo, or the ELK stack
- Knowledge of database management and performance optimization
- Cloud or DevOps-related certifications
