Position: DevOps Architect Location: Lisbon | Hybrid What You'll Do Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure platform infrastructure Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate the software delivery process Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline workflows and improve productivity Monitor, analyze, and optimize system performance to ensure high availability and reliability Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation Implement and manage container orchestration platforms, including Kubernetes or Docker Swarm Ensure security best practices are applied across all platform components Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, testing, and production environments Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve platform capabilities Who You Are Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 5+ years of hands-on experience in Platform Engineering and/or DevOps Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Argo CD, Artifactory, GitLab CI, or CircleCI Solid expertise in containerization and orchestration (Docker and Kubernetes) Strong understanding of networking, security, and system administration Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail Strong communication and collaboration skills Fluent in English (French proficiency is a plus) Nice to Have Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Tempo, or the ELK stack Knowledge of database management and performance optimization Cloud or DevOps-related certifications Equal Opportunity: GBT Solutions is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity.
