What You'll Do

- Gather and analyze requirements through interviews, workshops, and process mapping;

- Analyze and redesign business processes, identifying and correcting inefficiencies;

- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, User Stories, and acceptance criteria;

- Collaborate actively with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions;

- Validate developments through User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring all requirements are met;

- Provide training and support to end-users;

- Hybrid Work Model.

What You Are

- Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Computer Engineering, or equivalent;

- Minimum of 6 years of experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements and processes, specifically focused on OutSystems;

- Minimum of 6 years of functional experience in Web or Mobile environments;

- Proven experience in projects using Agile methodologies;

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;

- Confidence and ease in decision-making and negotiation within project contexts;

- High sense of responsibility and rigor in task execution;

- Excellent analytical skills and critical thinking;

- Fluency in English;

- Experience in OutSystems projects;

- Preferred: experience in international projects (preferably US market);

- Preferred: experience in the healthcare sector;

- Preferred: knowledge of Spanish.
