**Position Overview**:
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, developers, and designers to gather and document requirements, ensure clarity, and facilitate smooth project execution. Your expertise will help us create products that meet user expectations and drive business success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring they align with organizational goals.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and the development team to ensure clear understanding and alignment on project scope and objectives.
- Assist in defining project scopes, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring realistic planning and execution.
- Conduct gap analyses to identify opportunities for improvement and areas requiring optimization.
- Translate complex business needs into actionable technical requirements and solutions.
- Participate in regular team meetings, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and project reviews.
- Ensure deliverables meet business needs by assisting in testing phases, including UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validation of requirements.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to project requirements or scope changes.
- Suggest process improvements and best practices to enhance project outcomes.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- **5+ years** of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on web and software development projects.
- Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools.
- Experience in creating and managing BRDs, user stories, and functional documentation.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with professional-level English proficiency.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment, with excellent time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to analyze and translate business needs into technical requirements effectively.

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience working in an agile development environment.
- **Proficiency in creating Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) diagrams using tools like Lucidchart.**:

- Familiarity with wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma or Balsamiq.
- Basic knowledge of software development concepts and technologies.
- Previous experience in the digital product development industry.
- Understanding of data analysis tools and techniques for reporting and decision-making.
- Experience testing websites, including functional and usability testing.
