**Senior Business Analyst**

We are looking for a talented Business Process Analyst to join our Solution Group Program Management team.

In this role you will be the spokesperson for the team requirements on business process improvement projects. Together with management, PMs, and other groups, you will identify enhancements to tools and processes, drive their implementation with international teams, and give insights about their adoption and success through data analysis and reports.

**Responsibilities**:

- Deep understanding of Program Management tools and processes
- Collaborate with PM, Sales, IT, and Business Operations teams to identify and drive enhancements of tools, processes, and data automation.
- Track enhancements implementation status, support user acceptance tests and provide report to management
- Generate metrics and dashboards to promote continuous process improvement

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or Computer Science
- 5+ years of experience as IT project manager and business system analyst
- Hands-on experience of systems’ and business processes design and implementation
Experience with one or more of Enterprise Visualization Tools (Tableau or PowerBI)
- Solid background in MS 365 Office Suite with advanced Excel and SharePoint competences
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills with the ability to listen and deliver crisp and concise insights
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with remote stakeholders across a global organization
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills or experience. Logical/Perceptive, problem solving, detail oriented, solution oriented
