Air Liquide Europe Business Services (ALEBS) was created in 2019 in Lisbon, Portugal with the mandate to provide financial services for Air Liquide European entities. In the space of 4 years, it has expanded to over 400 employees based in 3 office locations: Lisbon, Tomar and Guarda. Furthermore, you will educate users on how to navigate self-help materials and system functionalities, contributing to the continuous digitalization and optimization of HR processes.* ### Global Collaboration: Work in a highly multicultural team environment, interacting daily with employees from various countries and business lines. We provide clear career pathways within the SSC—from specialist to Subject Matter Expert (SME) or Team Lead—broadening your operational and analytical capabilities.### We are seeking diverse profiles—from early-career professionals to seasoned experts—who possess a core blend of strategic business acumen, empathy in people management, and a relentless drive for organizational excellence.### Essential Qualifications:* ### Education: A university degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Sociology or a related field* ### Experience: Relevant professional experience in a core HR function (e.g., Employee Data Management, Payroll, Learning Support Services and Total Rewards Support Service ). We encourage candidates at all levels of experience to apply.* ### Language: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential for international collaboration.
