Currently, due to our growth strategy, we are looking for a **RECRUITER** to join our team in **PORTUGAL (Lisbon).**
We’re looking for a highly organized, outgoing, and detail-oriented Recruiter to represent and support the growth of our Market Center in Lisbon and our franchise network in Portugal.
**About the role**
**Responsibilities**
- Screening profiles (CV) through the different talent attraction channels (job portals, social media, fairs, universities ) and knowing how to manage it internally according to the needs of the recruitment team.
- Would be responsible for administrative support amongst the Partners Attraction team including scheduling, pulling reports and data entry.
- Work closely with recruiters by continually sending possible profiles validated by him/ her /them.
- Utilizing ATS reports, dashboards, and other tools to illustrate the recruiting pipeline and results.
- Use of technology and recruiting tools in order to ensure that the job advertisements reach the right people and are having the correct visibility in the market.

**Requirements**:
**Essential requirements**
- **Native/Advanced level of Portuguese (Portugal) /Spanish.** Great level of English will be very favorable.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business and / or related businesses.
- More than 1 year of experience as a Recruiter or a similar position in the HR recruitment department.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong sales skills.
- Relationship-building role.
