After onboarding, you will take on several missions whose scope may evolve over time in line with business priorities and portfolio growth. AirOps (AOP) is the leading platform for airline and airport operations, delivering seamless passenger journeys, optimized airport performance, and automated disruption management. To support continued growth, we are expanding our teams with transversal expertise, focusing on our Seamless Travel and Baggage Portfolio, which includes products such as ACUS, BRS, CUSS platforms, Automated Bag Drops, ASM, APV, the Amadeus Biometric Platform, and Amadeus Insights.## **Key Responsibilities*** Act as a **Customer Success Engineer (CSE)** for Airport Competency Centers, serving as the primary engineering interface between airport customers and Amadeus teams;* Design high-level, end-to-end solutions and lead their delivery across multiple products;* Provide deep functional expertise and ensure alignment between customer needs and product capabilities;* Manage priorities, risks, and outcomes to ensure successful customer engagements;* Contribute to the evolution and scaling of the Competency Center model, supporting AirOps’ Services growth strategy;* Support pre-sales teams on complex, cross-product solutioning, ensuring all impacts are identified and addressed;* Leverage a strong internal network to involve relevant Engineering and Product Management teams;* Represent the portfolio in customer presentations and product demonstrations;* Collaborate with Product Management and Product Marketing to support portfolio evolution.## ## **About the Ideal Candidate*** Strong customer-centric mindset, with a proven background in customer-facing roles and a focus on customer satisfaction;* Demonstrated experience designing solutions in complex environments involving multiple products and stakeholders;* Background in Engineering, Product, Implementation, or a similar role, combining functional and technical expertise;* Experience within the airline and/or airport industry;* Willingness and ability to travel frequently to customer sites across Europe.**What We Can Offer You:*** A complete rewards offer - Amadeus provides attractive remuneration packages, covering all essential components of a competitive reward offer.* A truly global DNA - Everything at Amadeus is global, from our people to our business, which translates into our footprint, processes, and culture.* Great opportunities to learn - Learning happens all the time and in many ways at Amadeus, through on-the-job training, formal learning activities, and day-to-day interactions with colleagues.* A caring environment - Amadeus fosters a caring environment, nurturing both a fulfilling career and personal and family life.
