Private Debt Credit Analyst – act digital EMEA – Alter Solutions

Position Summary: Support the Credit Management function within SPG PDF, assisting the permanent analyst with a range of tasks focused on leveraged loan analysis and asset performance monitoring.

Responsibilities

- Review assets (leveraged loans), including investment memo analyses and production of synthetic summaries or question lists.

- Participate in virtual meetings with clients regarding asset performance.

- Complete internal rating forms accurately.

- Assist in preparing quarterly reviews of assets and facilities, aggregating data, performing analysis, and creating PowerPoint presentations with tables and graphs.

- Review client reporting throughout the life of the facilities under supervision of the Credit Management Analyst.

- Prepare responses to internal requests through research and synthesis of internal and external data.

- Assist in controlling and monitoring parameters and results (P&L, financing costs, capital utilization) produced by internal functions and SPM.

- Conduct credit analysis of leveraged loans made to corporates.

- Prepare quarterly and annual reviews of assets and financing facilities.

Qualifications

- 3-5 years of professional experience in credit analysis, especially with leveraged companies.

- Excellent written and spoken English for effective communication with clients and colleagues.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with ability to synthesize information quickly.

- Familiarity with banking operations principles (preferred).

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with Dealogic, Bloomberg, or Intex is a plus.

- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Engineering with finance specialization, or equivalent.

- Experience in Private Debt, Private Equity, Structured Finance, Securitization, and debt instruments.

Soft Skills

- Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.

- Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
