As a content moderator, you hold the power to shape the online space into a safer, more inclusive environment. Your diligent efforts in reviewing user-generated content, validating compliance, and identifying potential errors play a vital role in upholding community guidelines and applicable regulations.

The Offer:

- Moderating and validating various types of content, such as text, images, and videos to ensure compliance with client policies;
- Identifying and escalating any potential application errors for prompt resolution;
- Participating in testing, launching, and implementing new products or working tools;
- Providing suggestions to improve policies and procedures;
- Preparing and sending daily activity reports;

Requirements:

- Proficient Italian (C1) and English (B2) language skills (written and spoken);
- No previous experience needed;
- Excellent attention to detail and a helpful attitude;
- Passion for social media;
- Curiosity and a problem-solving mindset;
- Availability to work 24/7, withrotationin3-shifts;
- Based in Lisbon, Portugal;
