The Opportunity

Your Profile
1. Your mission will be to provide telephone and written support to our German-speaking customers, always ensuring a courteous and helpful attitude.
2. Are proficient in German and fluent in English (both written and spoken).
3. Possess outstanding communication skills.
4. Are keen to learn.
5. (Bonus) Have experience in a telephone customer service or call center environment.
Your responsibilities
1. Address the questions and concerns of German-speaking customers, providing the best possible solutions via phone.
2. Assist with orders, deliveries, payments, and returns via e-mail, chat, and social media channels.
3. Provide information about trending products, offer advice, and quick assistance on payment methods, delivery, exchanges, and guarantees.
4. Engage in cross-selling and upselling of products after addressing customer queries.
5. Temporary, renewable employment contract with an initial duration of one year; opportunity for a permanent contract after two years.
6. Competitive salary plus bonus.
