Your Mission Will Be

- Provide operational support to the team in daily networking and connectivity tasks
- Configure and monitor switches, firewalls, and related infrastructure
- Assist in the setup and troubleshooting of video conferencing systems
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify dependencies and resolve them quickly
- Continuously seek improvements in processes and solutions

You Will Need

- A proactive mindset with ownership to solve issues and engage the right people when needed
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to question and think critically
- EU work permit (CPLP nationality or equivalent) to facilitate employment

Would Be Awesome If You Have

- Previous exposure to networking, even through internships or academic projects
- Interest in continuously evolving and reviewing how to improve technical solutions
- Ability to anticipate potential obstacles and address them effectively
- BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields
