Automation Coordinator - Temporary Position

Job Summary

The Automation Coordinator is part of Richemont Automation & Low-Code Platforms department, supporting global Richemont Business Organizations. The role includes leading automation initiatives, serving as PMO & Business Analyst referent, driving awareness, and supporting automation deployment across business application domains.

Key Responsibilities

- Business Analyst and PMO for automation processes: define best use cases, follow operating model, handle technical administration and setup.

- Lead global program advisory: manage automation community of sharing & practice, marketing & training/awareness, support local CoEs, KPI reporting.

- Maintain automation platforms: conduct audit reviews and provide maintenance/support globally.

- Enable organization: onboard new Richemont organizations through training, presentations, and support.

- Assist Automation Lead on global project delivery: handle initiation to closing, budget tracking, risk management, and communication.

Requirements

- B.Sc. or MSc in Computer Science, Communications, IT Marketing or similar.

- +3 years experience in Business Process Analysis/Consulting, with proficiency in automation specification creation (e.g., PDD, BPM tools).

- Appetite for technical process management (robot run setup & administration).

- Excellent project management and organizational skills.

- Proficient in communication tools.

- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and across multicultural teams.

- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, negotiation, and organizational abilities.

- Strong customer‑service orientation.

- Fluent English required; other languages are a plus.
