A Synchro by Egor, está a recrutar Assistente de Customer Care cliente localizado em Lisboa.

Função

- Garantir um serviço eficiente e de qualidade aos clientes;

- Gestão e atualização de registos de clientes em sistemas internos (CRM);

- Promoção de serviços ou campanhas em vigor.

Horário e Local De Trabalho

- De 2ª a 6ª feira, das 11h30 às 20h30;

- Lisboa.

Requisitos

- 12.º ano de escolaridade completo;

- Experiência de atendimento ao cliente em Contact Center;

- Bons conhecimentos de informática na ótica do utilizador;

- Boa capacidade de comunicação oral e escrita;

- Facilidade de integração, trabalho em equipa e adaptação a novas realidades;

- Assertividade, resiliência e empatia no contacto com o público.

- Conhecimento em softwares de atendimento como Salesforce (preferencial);

- Capacidade de lidar com plataformas digitais e atendimento Omnichannel (telefone, e-mail, etc.);

- Domínio de Inglês e/ou Espanhol (preferencial);

- Apetência para a identificação de oportunidades comerciais e promoção de soluções ajustadas às necessidades do cliente.
