A Synchro by Egor, está a recrutar Assistente de Customer Care cliente localizado em Lisboa. Função Garantir um serviço eficiente e de qualidade aos clientes; Gestão e atualização de registos de clientes em sistemas internos (CRM); Promoção de serviços ou campanhas em vigor. Horário e Local De Trabalho De 2ª a 6ª feira, das 11h30 às 20h30; Lisboa. Requisitos 12.º ano de escolaridade completo; Experiência de atendimento ao cliente em Contact Center; Bons conhecimentos de informática na ótica do utilizador; Boa capacidade de comunicação oral e escrita; Facilidade de integração, trabalho em equipa e adaptação a novas realidades; Assertividade, resiliência e empatia no contacto com o público. Conhecimento em softwares de atendimento como Salesforce (preferencial); Capacidade de lidar com plataformas digitais e atendimento Omnichannel (telefone, e-mail, etc.); Domínio de Inglês e/ou Espanhol (preferencial); Apetência para a identificação de oportunidades comerciais e promoção de soluções ajustadas às necessidades do cliente.
