Our client is a major european telecom company, which is recognized by their tecnological innovations within the industry.
This could be the perfect challenge if you have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in defect management, ideally in multi-platform testing environments
- Hands-on experience with Jira (configuration, custom workflows, dashboards, and reports)
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and testing methodologies
- Experience with defect reporting tools, RCA, and process improvement
- Proven experience managing defects across multiple platforms
- Ability to analyze defect data and provide actionable insights
- ISTQB certification (or similar) is a plus
- Experience with STB, SmartTV, Mobile, and Web applications is highly desirable
- Strong problem-solving, RCA, and communication skills
- Fluent in English
