What is my role like?
We are looking for a highly technical and strategic Ad Tech & MMP Consultant to take ownership of our in‑app advertising and attribution infrastructure. The ideal candidate is an expert with deep, insider knowledge of how mobile ad networks and Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) operate. You will be the key technical authority responsible for analyzing, re‑architecting, and optimizing our entire attribution framework to give us a significant competitive advantage. This is a hands‑on role where you will act as the crucial bridge between our marketing and IT teams, transforming complex technical challenges into robust, high‑performance solutions.
What will my daily tasks involve?
- Conduct a deep technical audit of our current traffic sources and MMP integration (primarily AppsFlyer) to identify key areas for improvement.
- Analyze and re‑engineer our click attribution model from the ground up, with the goal of maximizing accuracy and performance.
- Deconstruct the technical methodologies of leading ad networks (e.g., AppLovin, Mintegral, ironSource) to understand their inner workings and inform our strategy.
- Act as the primary technical liaison between the In‑app and IT departments, translating business needs into detailed engineering requirements.
- Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests to validate changes and measure their impact on our core business KPIs.
- Analyze performance data to deliver clear, actionable insights and regular reports on the impact of your optimizations.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in ad tech, attribution, and mobile privacy, providing strategic recommendations for new opportunities and product development.
What is expected me?
- Proven experience in a highly technical role such as Product Development, Engineering, or Ad Tech Specialist within the mobile advertising ecosystem.
- Direct, hands‑on experience working inside a major mobile ad network (e.g., AppLovin, Mintegral, Unity, ironSource) is a huge plus.
- Technical understanding of Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs), particularly AppsFlyer, and their integration with ad networks.
- Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to work with large datasets, conduct rigorous tests, and make data‑driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical (IT) and non‑technical stakeholders.
- A problem‑solving mindset with the ability to deconstruct complex systems and rebuild them for optimal performance.
- Nice to have: Experience in the iGaming industry.
