**Job Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage websites using WordPress, Kajabi, Shopify, and other relevant platforms.
- Design and implement effective UI/UX strategies with a strong focus on optimizing mobile first landing pages to enhance user interaction and maximize conversions.
- Build and optimize websites following the brand book and guidelines, with a specific focus on enhancing user experience and driving sales.
- Implement and manage project workflows using tools like ClickUp to ensure project efficiency.
- Oversee the integration and management of podcast platforms such as Podbean.
- Maintain and upgrade technological infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Manage multiple projects related to web design, content development, and digital marketing, ensuring high standards and cohesive brand representation.
- Stay informed on the latest industry trends, particularly in e-commerce, web development, and AI tools.

**Job Requirements**:

- Extensive experience in web development with a focus on WordPress, Kajabi, Shopify, and similar platforms.
- Strong background in UI/UX design, with a verifiable portfolio demonstrating successful landing pages and conversion rate improvements.
- Experience integrating ad tracking technology into web pages and configuring activity tracking
- Exceptional skills in copywriting, particularly for digital marketing campaigns.
- Exceptional skills and experience in design specifically for web development.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills.

**Nice-to-Have**:

- Experience in a digital media or creative agency environment.
- Skills in SEO, digital marketing, and online community engagement.
- Creative background with experience in graphic design or content creation.

8-10 hours Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Web Development: 5+ years (required)
- Project Management: 2+ years (required)
- UI/UX Design: 2+ years (preferred)
- Shopify: 2+ years (preferred)

**Work Location**: Remote

Pay: 400.00€ - 700.00€ per month
