Overview

The Salesforce Service Cloud developer will operate within the Client Platforms area, part of Group Platforms. You will join a dynamic team supporting the Rendez‑Vous product by developing new Salesforce features.

Rendez‑Vous Solution Features

- Online appointment booking for customers and sales associates.

- Appointment creation, rescheduling, cancellation by Richemont staff.

- Full integration with Richemont CRM.

- Support for physical, virtual, external boutique and wholesaler appointments.

- Use measurement and conversion tracking.

- Manage boutique queues and waiting times.

Your Key Responsibilities

- Ensure the usability of RDV features.

- Cooperate with the agile team to refine, estimate and understand requirements.

- Implement new features requested by the Product Owner.

- Engage in code reviews, testing, and debugging to guarantee quality and performance.

- Produce significant, reusable, scalable code that adheres to industry standards and best practices.

- Fix bugs.

- Maintain traceability through Jira.

- Actively participate in regular agile meetings (Daily, Sprint planning, Sprint review, Sprint retrospective).

Your Profile (Qualifications)

- A specialist with solid experience in back/frontend development on the Salesforce platform.

- Understanding of security models.

- Experience with REST integrations.

- Knowledge of basics of administration.

- Minimum 4 years of Salesforce software development.

- Minimum 4 years of technical project experience.

- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and leadership skills.

- Strong knowledge of Agile methodology and experience with Jira and Confluence.

- Previous exposure to test automation technologies and best practices is a plus.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.

- Main skills required: Apex, LWC, REST, Security model, Experience Cloud.
