Location: Remote from Continental Portugal
Contract: Full-time, 12-month renewable
Start dates: several dates available through June and July

Role Overview
As a Danish-speaking E-commerce Support Specialist, you/'ll assist customers throughout their online shopping journey, solving problems, answering questions, and making their experience smooth and satisfying.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries on orders, deliveries, returns, and payments.
- Securely handle sensitive data and follow internal escalation procedures.
- Communicate professionally through email, phone, and chat.
- Collaborate with carriers and internal departments.
Requirements
- C2-level Danish and fluent English (C1) – written and spoken
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines
- Willingness to work on rotating shifts
- Already in Portugal or open to relocating from this role
- EU member state passport or a valid residence card for Portugal
