Your Responsibilities :
- Outstanding customer support via phone and email in German – you'll solve problems, answer questions, and create fantastic customer experiences.
- Building customer loyalty : You'll advise potential customers and ensure their needs are met.
- Managing customer data : Collect and update information in the platform to provide top-quality service.
- Efficient processing of requests to ensure the highest customer satisfaction.
- Fostering brand loyalty : Contribute to building strong connections between customers and our partner's brand.

- Fluent in German (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Problem-solving abilities : You quickly identify customer needs and provide solutions
