At Dellent, we are looking for a Tech Recruiter to join our team - ideally, someone who has experience working in Information Technology (IT) recruiting. It's a challenging, fast-moving candidate-driven market and the ideal candidate should be highly motivated and tenacious enough to keep up with the pace.
Job Overview:
As a Mid-Level Tech Recruiter, you will play a key role in driving our recruitment efforts by sourcing, engaging, and hiring top technical talent. With a solid foundation in tech recruitment, you will bring your experience to bear in managing the recruitment process and collaborating with hiring managers to meet our growing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Full-Cycle Recruitment: Oversee the recruitment process from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating offers for various tech roles.
2. Talent Sourcing: Utilize a range of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify and attract highly qualified candidates.
3. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, providing timely feedback, and guiding candidates through the recruitment process.
4. Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the refinement of recruitment processes, tools, and strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Qualifications:
1. Experience: 3+ years of experience in tech recruitment, with a strong track record of filling a variety of technical roles (e.g., software developers, data analysts, system administrators).
2. Technical Acumen: Good understanding of technical roles, programming languages, and the technology industry.
3. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Portuguese.
4. Proactivity: Self-driven with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
5. Tools Proficiency: Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment tools.
