Business Manager IT – Unidade Nearshore | HN Services Portugal
A HN Services Portugal está à procura de um Business Manager IT para integrar a nossa unidade Nearshore, em Lisboa.
Responsabilidades:
Prospecção e desenvolvimento de novos clientes no setor IT, em Portugal e no estrangeiro;
Gestão e expansão de contas existentes, garantindo a satisfação e fidelização dos clientes;
Gestão e acompanhamento de consultores IT, assegurando o seu bem-estar e evolução nos projetos;
Colaboração com as equipas internas de Recrutamento. Perfil obrigatório:
Experiência como Business Manager IT (consultoria tecnológica / nearshore);
Experiência comprovada em prospeção comercial, gestão de contas e gestão de equipas de consultores IT;
Inglês fluente (nível C1);
Francês muito valorizado;
Excelentes capacidades de comunicação, negociação e relacionamento interpessoal;
Perfil proactivo, orientado para resultados e com espírito empreendedor. Localização: Lisboa – modelo híbrido (2 dias por semana no escritório).
