What the job looks like:

The IT Business Consultant is responsible for analyzing, designing, and testing IT solutions that meet business needs. Collaborates with business partners, IT architects, developers, and testers to deliver high-quality IT solutions aligned with Grünenthal's IT strategy and standards. Provides functional support and guidance to end users and IT colleagues on IT systems and processes.

  • Collaborate with business partners to understand, validate, and document requirements
  • Analyze and document current business processes and identify gaps
  • Design and propose improved processes and solutions
  • Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders for feedback
  • Review and coordinate functional testing of IT solutions
  • Provide feedback and guidance to IT development teams
  • Act as project manager/lead for process improvement initiatives
  • Support BP in workshops for process design
  • Provide functional support and training to IT colleagues
  • Manage and resolve IT system issues
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation of IT solutions

What you'll bring to the table:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or related field
  • At least three years of experience as IT Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role
  • Proven track record of delivering IT solutions meeting business needs
  • Experience with various IT technologies, tools, and methodologies
  • Certification in agile frameworks (Scrum or SAFe) is a plus
