Finance Specialist, Execution and IPO Readiness

Join Indie Campers as a Finance Specialist focused on Execution and IPO Readiness. The role plays a critical part in strengthening operational and financial execution across the Group, translating data into insight, insight into action, and action into sustainable, IPO‑ready processes.

Indie Campers is the go‑to campervan marketplace, missioning to make road trips available to everyone. With over 1 million nights rented and a presence in 169 countries, we offer a comprehensive range of options from short‑term RV rentals to long‑term subscriptions and vehicle sales.

The Role
As Finance Specialist, you will work on complex cross‑functional topics where disciplined execution, process robustness, and financial rigor directly impact profitability, cash flow, and scalability.

What You’ll Work On

- Insurance and claims management (loss ratios, process effectiveness)

- Disputes, chargebacks, refunds and customer compensations

- Damages identification and chargeability

- Stolen vehicle detection and recovery processes

- Fines, tolls and operational chargeability

- Roadside assistance, towing and emergency costs

- Repair and maintenance cost control

- Operational personnel costs and seasonality effects

- Real estate and overflow parking costs

Your Responsibilities

- Perform structured analyses and root‑cause investigations

- Support design and rollout of corrective actions

- Define, track and report execution and financial KPIs

- Contribute to standardised, IPO‑ready processes across regions

- Prepare clear, fact‑based materials for management reviews

Who We’re Looking For

- 3–6 years of experience in audit, consulting or financial analysis

- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

- Highly structured, detail‑oriented and execution‑driven

- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑expectation environment

- Strong communication skills and ownership mindset

- Fluency in English (mandatory)
