THE ROLE As a Finance Specialist, Execution and IPO Readiness, you will play a critical role in strengthening operational and financial execution across the Group. You will work on complex, cross-functional topics where disciplined execution, process robustness, and financial rigor directly impact profitability, cash flow, and scalability. Acting as a bridge between Finance and Operations, you will help translate data into insight, insight into action, and action into sustainable, IPO-ready processes. WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON? You will contribute to deep dives and execution initiatives across areas where execution quality directly impacts P&L, cash and predictability, including: Insurance and claims management (loss ratios, process effectiveness); Disputes, chargebacks, refunds and customer compensations; Damages identification and chargeability; Stolen vehicles detection and recovery processes; Fines, tolls and operational chargeability; Roadsideassistance, towing and emergency costs; Repair and maintenance cost control; Operational personnel costs and seasonality effects; Realestate and overflow parking costs. Your responsibilities will include: Performing structured analyses and root cause investigations; Supporting the design and rollout of corrective actions; Defining, tracking and reporting execution and financial KPIs; Contributing to standardized, IPO-ready processes across regions; Preparing clear, fact-based materials for management reviews. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 3–6 years of experience in audit, consulting or financial analysis; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Highly structured, detail-oriented and execution-driven; Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment; Strong communication skills and ownership mindset; Fluency in English is mandatory.
