This is your opportunity to join an international group with a project that needs you to help meet the challenges of digital transformation. 💻 THE JOB We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as a Fee Officer for a national project. 🙂 YOUR DAY TO DAY - Control and recording of invoice content received in the internal system; - Comparison of invoice data with current contractual conditions, including calculation of fees/commissions and validation of amounts; - Investigation and resolution of discrepancies identified in invoices; Interaction with internal departments (Front Office, Middle Office, Finance, etc.) to resolve outstanding issues; - Issuance of payments and accounting entries, ensuring compliance with deadlines; - Monitoring and control of financial discrepancies (Finance breaks). 💡 WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR - Proven professional experience in similar roles; - Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; - Proven experience with Microsoft Word; - Experience with control of invoices content; - Experience in the recording and maintenance of invoice data; - Ability to develop and adapt a process; - Fluency in English (written & spoken). ⭐ WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US Stable professional career Working with Axians projects becomes an asset to those of us who want to offer stability through a secure career.
