THE ROLE We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as a Fee Officer for a national project. YOUR DAY TO DAY - Control of received invoices content, recording and maintenance of invoice data into internal system; - Compare invoice data with current contracting conditions (calculation of fees/commissions, validation of the amounts and, in case of discrepancies, perform an investigation to identify the root cause and find a proper resolution); - Take or request actions by liaising with relevant departments to solve pending issues (Front Office, Middle Office, Finance, and others); - Issue payments and accountings and ensure that invoices are paid in a timely manner; - Control of Finance breaks. What We're Looking For - Proven professional experience in similar roles; - Solid experience of MS Office Pack Microsoft Excel; - Solid experience of MS Office Pack Microsoft Word; - Fluency in English (written & spoken).
