Responsabilidades

- Análise de Mercado: Explorar o mercado para identificar novas oportunidades, acompanhar as dinâmicas e tendências do setor, e desenhar propostas inovadoras que acrescentem valor ao cliente;

- Gestão de Clientes: Estabelecer e cultivar relações sólidas com os clientes, assegurando um acompanhamento próximo e a entrega de soluções que correspondam às suas expectativas e objetivos;

- Gestão de Equipas: Coordenar e apoiar equipas de consultores, promovendo a colaboração, o foco nos resultados dos projetos e o desenvolvimento das competências individuais.

Qualificações

- Licenciatura em Engenharia, Gestão, Economia ou semelhante;

- Excelentes habilidades de liderança, comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal;

- Mentalidade analítica, com capacidade de desenvolver insights acionáveis;

- Persistência, dinamismo e orientação para resultados;

- Nível de Inglês Avançado (B2 ou superior).

- Associate Manager (até 2 anos de experiência) – 1300€ + Subsídio de Alimentação + Prémios de Negócio + Seguro de Saúde e Benefícios em vigor

- Business Manager (2 a 4 anos de experiência) – 1600€ a 2000€ + Subsídio de Alimentação + Prémios de Negócio + Seguro de Saúde e Benefícios em vigor

- Senior Business Manager (mais de 5 anos de experiência) – 2200€ a 3500€ + Subsídio de Alimentação + Prémios de Negócio + Seguro de Saúde + Viatura + Plafond Combustível e Benefícios em vigor
