We are looking for an AI Product Tech Lead to be part of our team and grow with us.

What you need to have:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or similar
- Proven experience as a Tech Lead / Senior Technical Leader in complex platforms
- Strong background in Java as the main stack, particularly Spring Boot
- Solid experience with Event-Driven Architecture, especially Kafka
- Hands-on experience integrating Generative AI (GenAI) into enterprise platforms
- Experience designing cloud-native, services-first and scalable architectures
- Strong knowledge of DDD, service decomposition, API and schema design
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB) and data migrations
- Experience with Cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines and containerization
- Knowledge of security and observability fundamentals
- Strong documentation and written-design skills (ADRs, HLA, sequence diagrams)
- Fluency in English
