We are currently recruiting a Tech Lead to join a major retail client , in a context of large-scale digital transformation with a strong focus on omnichannel and e-commerce platforms . This role plays a key part in shaping and evolving digital architectures that support scalable, integrated and business-driven solutions across online channels, stores and back-office systems. Responsibilities Contribute to a strategic digital transformation program focused on omnichannel customer experiences; Design and evolve high-level solution architectures, mainly within e-commerce ecosystems (front-office and back-office); Define and manage solution roadmaps aligned with business strategy and technology evolution; Support early project phases, including feasibility analysis, MVP definition and high-level cost estimation; Drive architectural standards, guidelines and best practices across initiatives; Ensure technical solutions are scalable, performant, well-integrated and aligned with architectural principles; Validate that proposed solutions meet functional, non-functional and business requirements; Work closely with Product Managers, Program Managers and development teams to define the most appropriate architectures; Translate mid- and long-term business goals into sustainable technology strategies; Act as a technical reference, researching and introducing new technologies and architectural approaches. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field; 5+ years of professional experience, including previous experience as a Technical Lead; Strong background in cloud-based architectures (Kubernetes, containers – Azure, AWS, GCP or similar); Solid experience with distributed architectures (multitenant, SaaS); Knowledge of architectural patterns such as Clean Architecture and Domain-Driven Design (DDD); Strong development experience with C#, .NET Core and .NET Framework ; Experience with React Native in frontend or mobile development.
