Descrição
- Lead and manage global Record to Report (R2R) processes to ensure compliance and accuracy;
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency within the Accounting & Finance department;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align R2R processes with organizational goals;
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements within the retail industry;
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to R2R processes;
- Provide leadership and support to the R2R team, fostering professional growth and development;
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations;
- Oversee the implementation of new tools and technologies relevant to the R2R processes.
Perfil ideal
- Degree in Business Administration or related areas;
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant work experience in finance functions;
- Strong knowledge of Record to Report (R2R) processes and related tools;
- Profound understanding of financial processes;
- Experience in process design, process mapping, improving process quality, process review and compliance;
- Deep and broad SAP FI/CO knowledge;
- Fluent in English (verbal and written);
- Excellent Communication skills and an international mindset;
- Strong understanding & knowledge of regional and global market landscape and the respective customer;
- Project management experience;
- Excellent leadership and team management skills;
- Ability to work collaboratively with global teams and stakeholders.
