Specialized in Team Extension, Managed Services, Custom Software, and Nearshore, we currently have a team of over 2350 professionals collaborating on national and international projects across various technologies.
We are looking for a Service Delivery Management Officer for this project
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage end-to-end service quality for Network Products, ensuring availability and performance targets are met
- Oversee incident, problem and change processes, including root cause analysis and escalation management
- Define, document and maintain operating models, ensuring operational readiness and compliance with global standards
- Coordinate with internal teams, entities and third-party vendors to deliver, evolve and continuously improve services
What are we looking for?
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes, particularly Incident, Problem and Change Management
- Service ownership mindset with a focus on Quality of Service (QoS) and continuous improvement
- Experience working with ServiceNow for service management, reporting and governance
