About the Role
We’re looking for a driven DATA ENGINEER to join our growing team In this role, you’ll help us to architect the systems that drive our data strategy and transform raw information into business-critical insights.
Your Responsibilities
- Data Pipeline Development: Design, build, and maintain scalable and efficient ETL pipelines to process complex datasets from diverse sources.
- Database Architecture: Architect and optimize relational and NoSQL databases to ensure top performance and scalability.
- Data Integration: Consolidate data from multiple systems into unified, accessible data repositories.
- Data Quality Assurance: Establish validation processes to ensure the reliability, integrity, and accuracy of all incoming data.
- Automation: Develop tools and scripts to automate routine data workflows.
- Technical Support: Work closely with data scientists, analysts and other business teams to support strategic initiatives with well-structured data.
Your Skills and Experiences
- Strong programming expertise in Java, Python, or C++/Go.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Deep experience with ETL tools and pipeline design.
- Solid understanding of big data technologies.
- Proficiency with version control systems (Git, SVN).

- Strong communicator - able to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders with clarity.
- Agile mindset - thrives in evolving environments and adapts quickly to new tech and business needs.
