Location:
Remote in Portugal Responsibilities
- Assist customers via phone, email, and chat, providing detailed product knowledge and helping them book their dream cruise
- Handle sales inquiries with confidence and professionalism
- Guide clients through available packages, promotions, and upgrades
- Resolve queries and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the booking process
- Upsell services when appropriate to enhance the overall customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Required Profile
- Fluent in German (C1+) and proficient in English (B2+)
- Experience in a customer-focused environment
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to work independently
- EU Passport or valid work permit ( No Visa provided)
