Requirements:
- Strong experience in backend development using modern software engineering practices.
- Solid knowledge of distributed systems, REST APIs, asynchronous processing and event‑driven architectures.
- Experience building scalable cloud‑native applications and microservices.
- Ability to develop orchestration services connecting AI agents, business logic, enterprise APIs and human approvals.
- Expertise in long‑running workflows, persistent state management, retries and fault recovery.
- Experience integrating enterprise applications through APIs, messaging platforms and event‑based architectures.
- Strong software design skills, with a focus on maintainability, resilience and reusable components.
- Ability to develop services for retrieval, context assembly, tool execution and memory management.
- Knowledge of authentication, authorization, API security and secure software development.
- Experience implementing logging, metrics, tracing and telemetry for backend services.
- Comfortable collaborating with AI engineers, platform engineers, data engineers, product managers and domain specialists.
- Fluency in English.
