We're looking for a Customer Success Manager who's comfortable working independently and focused on helping our clients grow. This role calls for strong critical thinking, great prioritization skills, and the ability to manage complex projects from start to finish.

Rampiq works with US-based and global B2B Tech and SaaS companies to get more leads and customers from AI Search, SEO and paid ads. Our clients are tech-savvy, results-oriented B2B marketers and growth leaders, so you will be working in a fast-paced, professional, and rewarding environment.

Job Responsibilities

- Build strong, trusted relationships with clients from kickoff through full project execution.
- Communicate regularly with clients to evaluate satisfaction, gather feedback, and escalate any concerns in a timely manner.
- Understand client business goals and anticipate future needs to deliver optimal solutions.
- Ensure all activities are closely aligned with a client's business needs and business strategy.
- Collaborate with the project team to deliver the best possible service experience.
- Define success metrics, identify opportunities, and help the team continuously improve project results.
- Strategically expand our revenue through cross-selling and upselling.
- Influence future lifetime value through higher product adoption, customer satisfaction, and overall project health.

Professional Skills (must-haves):

- Able to work independently and take ownership of client success and project outcomes.
- Fluent English with strong communication skills (must-must-must-have).
- Excellent prioritization and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage several complex projects simultaneously.
- Ability to anticipate risks and resolve issues proactively.
- Solid understanding of project management fundamentals.
- Proficiency with MS Office and Google Workspace tools.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing (SEO fundamentals, how paid ads work).
- Ability to use GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush to answer common client questions and interpret data.
- Strong understanding of client business goals and how digital marketing supports them.
- Experience working with US-based B2B clients.
- Experience in a similar role within an agency, IT outsourcing, or SaaS environment.

Job Functions

Project delivery & performance:

- Drive project success metrics and ensure ongoing performance improvements.
- Make informed project decisions independently and ensure they're executed effectively.
- Identify and resolve issues proactively before they impact results.

Client management:

- Lead clients through a smooth and clear onboarding process.
- Run client meetings, prepare agendas, and document key points.
- Present project results clearly, confidently, and with strategic insight.
- Request and secure all required client access, materials, and approvals.

Team coordination & workflow management:

- Assign tasks to the project team and keep execution aligned with priorities.
- Oversee task delivery to ensure timeliness and high-quality outcomes.
- Contribute actively to team discussions, offering thoughtful feedback and improvement ideas.
- Structure project workflows to support efficient operations and smooth task flow.

Leadership & initiative:

- Work independently, manage client priorities, and keep timelines on track.
- Lead initiatives that elevate service quality and improve client results.
- Approach challenges with a critical, improvement-focused mindset.

Work Setup

- Flexible, full-time role; fully remote is possible.
