About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated and client-focused Client Success Manager to join our growing team at Agent Advisory. In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing strong, long-term relationships with our clients through thoughtful, value-driven communication and proactive support.This is a relationship-driven position ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, understands how to anticipate client needs, and is motivated by helping clients achieve their goals. You will serve as a trusted point of contact, ensuring clients feel supported, heard, and confident in their experience with our company.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationshipsProactively manage client communications to drive satisfaction, engagement, and retentionIdentify opportunities to add value by understanding client needs, challenges, and goalsProvide timely, professional support and guidance, escalating issues when necessary to ensure resolutionCollaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experienceMaintain accurate client records and communication logs using CRM toolsSupport onboarding and ongoing client success initiatives as neededSupport clients participating in YouTube-based programs by answering questions, providing guidance, and ensuring clarity around timelines, deliverables, and expectationsMaintain accurate client records, notes, and communication logs within CRM systemsWhat We're Looking ForMinimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role (Client Success, Customer Support, Account Management, or similar)Must be based in PortugalExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishStrong interpersonal skills with a professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented approachHighly organized, proactive, and detail-orientedCurious mindset with a willingness to learn and improve processesFamiliarity with CRM systems, Zoom, and other client communication tools is a strong plus
