Key Responsibilities:

- Content Monitoring: Review and evaluate text, images, videos, and links to ensure they meet platform standards — no exposure to sensitive material

- Policy Enforcement: Apply platform guidelines and community rules consistently across all content

- User Support: Handle user appeals, offering clear and professional explanations for moderation outcomes

- Compliance Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment with regulations and industry standards

- Trend Awareness: Stay up to date with emerging online trends to help improve moderation strategies

- Process Improvement: Provide feedback to enhance tools and workflows, improving efficiency and effectiveness

Qualifications:

- C1 proficiency in German

- B2 proficiency in English

- EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card

- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills

- Eagerness to learn and grow
