Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and moderate German-language content across various digital platforms to ensure it meets community standards.
  • Quickly identify and remove harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content to maintain a positive user experience.
  • Make accurate, consistent, and timely decisions to ensure the integrity of the platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve complex content-related issues.
  • Keep up with the latest content moderation trends, best practices, and policies to enhance the quality of moderation.
  • Provide valuable insights and feedback to help refine internal processes and improve content moderation workflows.

What We're Looking For:

  • Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is a must.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to make quick, fair decisions under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • A genuine passion for digital safety and ensuring online environments remain secure and inclusive.
  • Previous experience in content moderation, customer service, or a similar role is a plus but not required – we'll provide the necessary training.
  • A problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
