Job Description

We are seeking a German-speaking Content Moderator who will be responsible for keeping the social media world free from non-compliant content. In this role, you will work for the world's largest social media platform and ensure that users have a consistently positive networking experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

Analyzing and evaluating content according to provided guidelines and standardsIdentifying and tagging relevant information and features during content reviewEnsuring compliance with quality standards, guidelines, and legal regulationsAssessing the relevance, accuracy, and quality of content based on predetermined criteriaIdentifying potential guideline violations and developing appropriate solutionsCollaborating with team members to drive continuous improvements in content, processes, and toolsGenerating reports and statistical analysis on analyzed content

Your profile should include:

Native German level(C2)B2 level English proficiencyStrong attention to detail and a desire to work precisely, efficiently, and at a high levelNeutral attitude towards diverse content that needs classificationQuick grasp of new processes, concepts, and skills, with adaptabilityObjectivity and precision in implementing clearly defined guidelinesExcellent organizational skills and time management
